Newcastle blitzed by Barca as Arsenal + Man City do battle at Wembley

Jimbo welcomes Duncan Alexander, Charlie Eccleshare and Mark Carey into the studio to discuss another busy night of Champions League football and look ahead to the first domestic trophy of the season. Newcastle are dismantled by Barcelona in the second half at Camp Nou, conceding four goals to lose 7-2 on the night and 8-3 on aggregate. That sets up an all-Spanish quarter final against Atletico Madrid, who knocked out Spurs despite a spirited 3-2 win from Igor Tudor’s men on the night. Liverpool produced a second half blitz of their own as they blew away Galatasaray 4-1 on aggregate. They’ll play PSG next. Real Madrid will meet Bayern after the Bavarians completed a 10-2 aggregate win over Atalanta.
