The fine line between ‘it’s so over’ and ‘we’re so back’

It was a rollercoaster weekend in the Premier League, with many clubs being thrown from joy one minute to despair the next. Musa and Ryan focus on Manchester City’s 3-0 over Liverpool (03:30), which saw another goal for Erling Haaland and arguably Jeremy Doku’s best performance in a City shirt so far. For Liverpool, it was another day to forget and there’s yet more to ponder for Arne Slot during this men's international break. Sunderland did what no side has done this season, by scoring two against Arsenal at the Stadium of Light (21:38), there was late drama at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium and more great wins for Villa, West Ham, Brentford and Everton. There's also chat about Pep Guardiola, after he reached 1000 games as a manager this weekend. All the non-Premier League stuff will be on the midweek show, up Wednesday for members, and for any London listeners, don't forget to get tickets for our first live show at the Southbank Centre here.
