We're back with another jam-packed episode of the AFTN Soccer Show for your listening pleasure as we talk Vancouver Whitecaps and Major League Soccer.Football conjures up so many feelings. Dash head coach James Clarkson is the only NWSL coach to retain his head coaching position after the 2021 season, the 11 other clubs have a different head coach from the 2021 preseason (2:22). Heading into his 4th season, James Clarkson welcomes other members to the front office. They take a look at the biggest roster signings like Maria Sanchez as well as the most detrimental losses like Kristie Mewis (9:03). Sandra and Lisa run through the preseason roster for Houston, highlight any starters for the team, young prospects to keep an eye on and which experienced veteran needs to step up (12:53). The biggest burning question for Houston Dash in 2022: Can this franchise break through and make a first regular-season playoff appearance (24:35)? Shea discusses the heartbreak for Houston in 2021 not making the playoffs and how the team is hoping to change that for 2022 using the advantage of having the same head coach in James Clarkson as the full 2021 season.
