In the wake of the armed robbery attack on Berekum Chelsea’s team bus that claimed the life of midfielder Dominic Frimpong, Bibiani GoldStars administrative manager Joseph Oti-Manu has detailed the safety protocols his club has already implemented to protect players on long-distance travel.Oti-Manu spoke exclusively to Citi Sports after Gold Stars provided a bus to assist Berekum Chelsea’s return journey following the tragic incident. He revealed that his club has adopted a policy of overnight stays for trips exceeding three hours.“Any travel that is more than three hours from Bibiani after the game, we should sleep over it. We have decided to make it a point, and we started this before this incident.
