Barcelona and Spain wonderkid Lamine Yamal is set to miss the rest of the season with a hamstring injury.

The 18-year-old was forced off after scoring a penalty against Celta Vigo on Wednesday with a left hamstring issue.

The Spanish league leader, however, said that he is likely to be available for the FIFA World Cup 2026 happening over the summer, where Spain will be looking for a second title.

He had limped off the pitch during the 1-0 La Liga win over Celta Vigo on April 22.
