Suj and James review the weekend at The Euros as Denmark thrilled again, Italy overcame a scare against Austria, the Czechs upset The Netherlands and Belgium ended the hopes of reigning Champions Portugal. Plus tactical insight into what may impact the Italy v Belgium quarter final and Denmark's cute and early tweak that helped them dominate Wales... ____________________________________________ Want to become a member of our FPL community? I’ll bite my own hand

Jimbo welcomes Michael Cox and Duncan Alexander into the pod after a day of illuminating action at the Euros. Czech Republic hog the headlines by eliminating the Netherlands in the first shock of the last 16. But are they still the weakest team in the competition? And can Frank De Boer be blamed for the crazy mistakes of his players? Number 1 ranked Belgium knock out holders Portugal, in a game signposted by selfishness and stroppiness. And it’s time to bust the myth that Ronaldo is good at free-kicks. It’s another big day of action. Juraj Vrdoljak tells us whether Croatia fear Spain, the team that inflicted their heaviest defeat ever. And Julien Laurens previews France v Switzerland, as Pogba looks to build on his position as perhaps the player of the tournament so far. Plus we appreciate Balotelli, Cassano and Prandelli 9 years on. RUNNING ORDER: • PART 1: Netherlands 0-2 Czech Republic with Karel Haring (03m 30s) • PART 2: Belgium 1-0 Portugal (16m 30s) • PART 3a: Croatia v Spain preview with Juraj Vrdoljak (29m 00s) • PART 3b: France v Switzerland preview with Julien Laurens (34m 00s) • PART 4: The odds with Paddy Power (46m 45s) • PART 5: On This Day – Super Mario Balotelli in 2012 (49m 00s) SIGN UP TO THE ATHLETIC FOR £1 A MONTH FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS: • theathletic.com/totally GET IN TOUCH: • follow us on Instagram • find us on Facebook • send us a tweet: @TheTotallyShow PARISH NOTICES: • we’re sponsored by Paddy Power - home of the Money Back Special READ STUFF ON OUR WEBSITE: • check out thetotallyfootballshow.com. Rushing to the wrong fire

Jimbo’s back and he’s brought Sasha Goryunov and Tom Williams with him as the knockout stages of Euro 2020 get underway. Denmark dismantle Wales 4-0 in Amsterdam as their fairy-tale continues to the quarter-finals. Niels Harild tells us why the Danes are daring to dream of a repeat of 1992. What will Gareth Bale do next? International football only? Golf? Italy need extra time to eliminate Austria at Wembley, with the beaten side showing just how good they are. Having seen glimpses of Belgium at their best, will we be able to see a classic with Portugal on the worst pitch at the tournament in Seville? And with no side showing themselves to be completely dominant, Michiel Jongsma fancies the Netherlands to go to the semi-finals as pessimism is replaced by arrogance. Plus England 1-2 Iceland – five years on. RUNNING ORDER: • PART 1: Wales 0-4 Denmark with Niels Harild (03m 30s) • PART 2: Italy 2-1 Austria (19m 30s) • PART 3a: Belgium v Portugal preview (28m 30s) • PART 3b: Netherlands v Czech Republic preview with Michiel Jongsma (34m 00s) • PART 4: The odds with Paddy Power (43m 30s) • PART 5: On This Day – England 1-2 Iceland (47m 00s) SIGN UP TO THE ATHLETIC FOR £1 A MONTH FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS: • theathletic.com/totally GET IN TOUCH: • follow us on Instagram • find us on Facebook • send us a tweet: @TheTotallyShow PARISH NOTICES: • we’re sponsored by Paddy Power - home of the Money Back Special READ STUFF ON OUR WEBSITE: • check out thetotallyfootballshow.com.
