In the return of the Sockers' Summer Overtime series, Craig Elsten and Jerry Jimenez are joined by the new commissioner of the MASL, Keith Tozer. The gentlemen revisit Tozer's past as both a player and head coach in the sport of indoor, before turning to today's issues and the direction Tozer would like to lead the MASL.
