La jornada contó con la participación de destacados exponentes del fútbol sudamericano, quienes abordaron diversas áreas vinculadas al desarrollo del deporte. Entre ellos, Graciela Garay, Directora de Ética, Cumplimiento e Integridad de la CONMEBOL, expuso sobre la importancia de este eje clave para el fortalecimiento institucional; Diego Caballero, Responsable de Licencias de la CONMEBOL, presentó el proceso de homologación; y Mauricio Marques, Instructor CONMEBOL, profundizó en la formación de formadores. Asimismo, Enrique Cáceres, Presidente de la Comisión de Árbitros - CONMEBOL, compartió su experiencia sobre la preparación y designación arbitral, mientras que Pablo Nigro abordó la salud mental en el deporte. En el campo del análisis y rendimiento, Israel Teoldo desarrolló el enfoque cognitivo del juego y Sandra Rossi presentó la aplicación de la neurociencia al alto rendimiento.
