Vicky Gomersall is joined by The Mirror's Darren Lewis and Sky Sports News reporter Gary Cotterill to reflect on the weekend’s sporting action. We begin by looking at both Manchester sides; Darren believes it has to be a big summer for United, who must compete against the likes of rising teams Newcastle, Chelsea and Villa (as well as Arsenal, Liverpool and City). Gary believes United will be challenging for the top four next season. Also, Ben Ransom sits down with Pep Guardiola to talk about Kevin De Bruyne announcing his City departure, what Pep has learnt in this tough campaign, and whether he would have been sacked if it wasn’t for his prior success. Next to Arsenal, who after their eleventh draw of the season at Goodison, are very much Madrid or bust in the Champions League. Gary attributes the Gunners’ league downfall to injuries and lack of a striker, but believes, after a recent trip to London Colney, that Mikel Arteta knows he has his striker of choice in summer. And finally, pressure on Ange Postecoglou, with boos on the touchline and a challenging week with the media. Gary names Tottenham v Southampton ‘the depressed derby’ but the Europa League may be the saving grace. Sunday Supplement is a Sky Sports podcast. Over in Spain, three points is also the gap between Barcelona and Real Madrid - who both recorded wins with braces from Mbappe and Lewandowski. Plus, Antony’s Betis just can’t stop winning in a fiery Seville derby. PSG continued to romp towards the Ligue 1 title - which is now all but mathematically sealed - with an emphatic 6-1 victory at Saint-Etienne, while Strasbourg are on their best run in six years after their impressive 4-2 win over Lyon. On Clash of the Correspondents James is joined by Fulham fan Lewis James and Crystal Palace fan Ruaidhri McLoughlin-Dowd to discuss the latest at their clubs and some very important FPL assets ahead of Saturday's meeting at Craven Cottage. And by assets that doesn't just mean the players as Eagles boss Oliver Glasner is likely to be popular for Assistant Manager bonus point hunters and for those yet to deploy the Chip again he'll no doubt attract interest around GW32 when Palace double. But he's not been the best performing manager over the last couple of weeks as that honour goes to Saturday's opponent Marco Silva, as Fulham produced outstanding victories against Newcastle and Nottingham Forest that truly has them in contention for European qualification. Plus, those key FPL assets covered including Antonee Robinson, Kenny Tete's longer-term threat to Timothy Castagne; forwards Raul Jimenez and Jean-Phillipe Mateta, Dean Henderson, Ebe Eze, Ismaila Sarr and Daniel Munoz might not be the only Palace wing-back of interest in the weeks to come.
