Liverpool advanced to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup with a 5-1 victory over West Ham United at Anfield on Wednesday night. The holders had to recover from a Jarell Quansah own goal to ensure their defence moved past the first obstacle but ultimately did so dominantly, with Diogo Jota swiftly equalising.
