Gary catches up with Motherwell defender Andy Rose on the week of their Scottish Cup Final battle with Celtic. Gary discusses the preparation for the game, as well as Andy's path from Bristol City Academy to UCLA, to MLS and back to professional leagues in England and Scotland. Andy also talks about the role of his father-in-law, Bob Bradley, and his early development as a coach.

Gary is joined by Jack Brazil, a UEFA 'B' Coach who currently works in the Cayman Islands. He is a member of the Mentorship Program and has been under the tutelage of Premier League coach, Nigel Adkins. Jack describes what he's learnt from Nigel, how his philosophy has been shaped, and what kind of environment he would build if he took charge of a Champions League team.

Joe is away on holiday and Josh Schneider-Weiler from Tifo's This Football Life fills in and talks to David Bulchover about his book, The Greatest Comeback, which chronicles the career and life of legendary manager Béla Guttmann. As a manager, Guttmann won titles in Hungary, Brazil, and Portugal. He is most famous for winning back-to-back European Cups with Benfica in 1961 & 1962. He was a coaching pioneer and was ahead of his time in many ways (fitness, psychology etc.). He shares many similarities with Jose Mourinho and other modern-day managers and his imprints are littered throughout the game. Listen to Bolchover discuss Guttman's remarkable transition from surviving the Holocaust to lifting Europe's most prestigious trophy.
