Gary catches up with Motherwell defender Andy Rose on the week of their Scottish Cup Final battle with Celtic. Gary discusses the preparation for the game, as well as Andy's path from Bristol City Academy to UCLA, to MLS and back to professional leagues in England and Scotland. Andy also talks about the role of his father-in-law, Bob Bradley, and his early development as a coach.

Gary is joined by Jack Brazil, a UEFA 'B' Coach who currently works in the Cayman Islands. He is a member of the Mentorship Program and has been under the tutelage of Premier League coach, Nigel Adkins.
