We're back! We're audible! And we won't blow out your eardrums! Now it's just the content that sucks. John, Drabby, and Bront don't have a secret guest because fuck coronavirus. But they do recap the Crew vs. Seattle match in Segment 1, along with the injuries that plague the team, and the lads hand out Man Balls. In Segment 2, you find out what Bront's kink is. Hint: it requires four people. The panel is horrified. In Segment 3, YOUR hot takes are shared with the world, if they're good or bad enough. Alex Thomas pops in with a weather report that is largely irrelevant, and the lads consider a world without soccer for a month.

Gary is joined by Keir Wenham-Flatt, a strength and conditioning coach based in the USA, who has worked with elite level rugby players all over the globe in places like the UK, China, Australia, Argentina and Japan. Then it’s time to turn the page as the Sounders prep for the team’s first MLS road match of 2020 on Saturday in Houston. Steve and Brad are joined by former Dynamo attacking presence Brian Ching before closing out the pod by answering your questions.

After his transfer from the Columbus Crew to Manchester City, and the subsequent loan to German side Fortuna Düsseldorf this summer, Zack Steffen (24) has quickly established himself as one of the top keepers in the Bundesliga. In fact, after 17 games in the Bundesliga, the Manchester City loanee has the fourth-most saves per game out of any keeper in the league, despite missing the last few matches due to a lingering knee injury. The boys over at OneGoal.us caught up with the USMNT keeper last week. They talk about his contact with Manchester City while on loan to Fortuna Düsseldorf, World Cup Qualifying, the upcoming friendlies in March, Nations League, Gregg Berhalter's style compared to other coaches he's worked with, long term potential of USMNT, the possibility of wearing the captain's armband, differences between MLS and the Bundesliga, favorite stadiums to play in so far, his time at Fortuna Düsseldorf, and pathway to Europe from US. We are honored to support the young guys over at OneGoal.us. Go and follow them to keep tabs on all things USMNT.
