Robbie Earle and Robbie Mustoe recap an eventful Matchweek 4 in the Premier League

Kelly Cates is joined by Karen Carney and Jamie Redknapp as they analyse Brighton’s 3-1 win against Newcastle at the Amex, which saw Evan Ferguson score his first Premier League hat-trick. Redknapp believes the eighteen-year-old has elements of all the great Premier League strikers and has no doubt that he will be a superstar. Newcastle suffered their third straight defeat and Redknapp feels something is not quite right with their midfield, suggesting that Sean Longstaff could help resolve that potential problem. Player of the match Evan Ferguson and Billy Gilmour, who also impressed, give their reaction after the win. Both managers also give their views with Roberto De Zerbi hailing the win as one of his best as a manager, whilst Eddie Howe felt the scoreline was not a fair reflection of his players’ performance but did concede that they are having an issue with converting the chances they create. In the final part, Carney and Redknapp look ahead to the Super Sunday match between old foes, Arsenal and Manchester United as well as reflecting on some of the earlier results that happened on Saturday.
