Una investigación de diez años consolida el crecimiento de la Unidad Antidopaje y refuerza el compromiso con el juego limpio en Sudamérica. La Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol, a través de la Comisión Médica y de la Unidad Antidopaje liderada por Dr. Osvaldo Pangrazio, presentó la publicación de un artículo científico que analiza diez años de controles antidopaje realizados en competiciones organizadas por la Confederación entre 2014 y 2024. La investigación refleja el crecimiento sostenido y la consolidación institucional del sistema antidopaje en Sudamérica, destacando el trabajo desarrollado por CONMEBOL para proteger la salud de los futbolistas y salvaguardar la integridad de sus torneos. El estudio fue publicado en una revista científica internacional de alto impacto e incluyó controles realizados en fútbol de campo, futsal y fútbol playa, poniendo en valor el fortalecimiento progresivo de los procesos de control, gestión, prevención y educación impulsados por la Unidad Antidopaje de CONMEBOL. Durante el período analizado se realizaron 24.726 controles antidopaje, lo que representa un crecimiento progresivo y sostenido a lo largo de la última década. Entre 2014 y 2024, el número de controles se incrementó de manera significativa, manteniendo incluso altos niveles de actividad durante contextos complejos, como la pandemia de COVID-19. Este crecimiento refleja el desarrollo operativo, técnico y estratégico de la Unidad Antidopaje, consolidándola como un pilar clave en la protección de la salud de los futbolistas y en la garantía de competiciones íntegras y transparentes en el fútbol sudamericano. Del total de controles realizados, se registraron 89 hallazgos analíticos adversos, lo que representa una tasa global del 0,42 %, estable a lo largo de toda la década, incluso con el aumento del volumen de controles. La estabilidad de estos resultados pone de manifiesto el efecto disuasorio y preventivo del sistema antidopaje de CONMEBOL, orientado no solo a la detección, sino también a la educación, concientización y prevención del dopaje intencional e inadvertido. Los grupos de sustancias más frecuentemente identificados fueron: Agentes anabólicos Diuréticos y agentes enmascarantes Glucocorticoides Entre las sustancias más detectadas se encuentran la boldenona, el clembuterol, la betametasona y la hidroclorotiazida. Varios de estos hallazgos pueden estar relacionados con tratamientos médicos, errores terapéuticos, consumo de suplementos contaminados o exposiciones no intencionales, lo que refuerza la importancia de una educación antidopaje continua dirigida a jugadores, cuerpos médicos y equipos técnicos. La sentenza, emessa nel pomeriggio, certifica lo stato di insolvenza della società rossoverde al termine del procedimento aperto e avviato nei giorni scorsi. Secondo quanto riportato da UmbriaOn il collegio ha rilevato una situazione patrimoniale fortemente compromessa, con debiti rilevanti e perdite consistenti. tutto ciò porta all'impossibilità per il club di far fronte regolarmente alle proprie obbligazioni. Nonostante questo il club non si ritirerà dal campionato. Ecco perché. TITOLO SPORTIVO FONDAMENTALE, SÌ ALL'ESERCIZIO PROVVISORIO Nel giudicare gli asset del club il Tribunale ha ritenuto fondamentale il ruolo del titolo sportivo, motivo per il quale è stata disposto il cosiddetto "esercizio provvisorio" con cui concludere la stagione e che sarà portato avanti per i prossimi tre mesei. Il provvedimento è firmato dal giudice delegato Claudia Tordo Caprioli, dal collega Francesco Angelini e dalla presidente del tribunale di Terni – oltre che presidente del collegio giudicante – Emilia Fargnoli ed è stato preso in tempi strettissimi. LA SENTENZA "L’esercizio provvisorio deve intendersi limitato all’ordinaria amministrazione e ai rapporti contrattuali già in essere, per la cui esecuzione i curatori potranno avvalersi anche della collaborazione del personale in forza, sicché la stipulazione di nuovi contratti e ogni atto di straordinaria amministrazione dovrà essere autorizzato dal giudice delegato e dal comitato dei creditori (ove costituito); i curatori contabilizzeranno le operazioni commerciali e di gestione dell’esercizio provvisorio in modo separato; i curatori, ogni venti giorni, depositeranno nel fascicolo telematico un rendiconto dell’attività svolta, allegando la documentazione contabile relativa al periodo di esercizio provvisorio; i curatori informeranno senza indugio il giudice delegato e il comitato dei creditori (ove costituito) di circostanze sopravvenute che possano influire sulla prosecuzione dell’esercizio provvisorio; i contratti pendenti proseguiranno, salvo che i curatori decidano di sospenderne l’esecuzione o di sciogliersi, per cui i crediti maturati in pendenza di esercizio provvisorio sono sempre prededucibili". LA TERNANA NON SI RITIRA La sostanza è però chiara: la Ternana proseguirà ad operare fino a fine stagione e, di conseguenza, andrà avanti nel campionato di Serie C 2025/2026 e lo porterà a conclusione pur nel contesto di una procedura fallimentare. L'esercizio provvisorio servirà a far emergere eventuali manifestazioni di interesse per l'acquisizione della società. Ovviamente il tutto pulito dai debiti e comprensivo di affiliazione e titolo sportivo che permetterà al club di ripartire ancora fra i professionisti (seppur con penalizzazione).
