Didier Deschamps, Kylian Mbappe’s head coach with the France national team, is reportedly among Real Madrid’s options. As they continue competing in La Liga and the UEFA Champions League, Real Madrid are focused on deciding who will be their next head coach. Didier Deschamps has reportedly emerged as a candidate—the current boss of Kylian Mbappe with the France national team. “Didier Deschamps is on the final shortlist being considered by Madrid, which includes very few names,” Sport reports, citing Radio Monte Carlo. “Madrid have already made their interest known.” Deschamps has spent a long time in international soccer. He was appointed France’s head coach in 2012 and has since overseen one of the most successful long-term projects in the game: the national team were World Cup champions in Russia 2018 and runners-up in Qatar 2022. They also reached the Euro 2016 final and won the 2021 UEFA Nations League. After 14 years in charge, Deschamps’ tenure with France will come to an end following the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America, which means the coach is expected to return to club soccer. He also brings solid experience at that level, with successful spells at AS Monaco (2001–05), Juventus (2006–07), and Olympique Marseille (2009–12). Kylian Mbappe playing for Real Madrid. The case for Deschamps as a Real Madrid candidate The success Didier Deschamps has achieved throughout his managerial career is more than enough to justify his consideration. In addition to his two titles with France, he has also collected several trophies at club level—eight in total across his time with Monaco, Juventus, and Marseille. But according to Sport, that’s not the only appealing aspect of Deschamps for Real Madrid. “The French coach is a winner both as a player and as a manager, and he has always stood up for his players and handled the pressure around the team. He runs a tight dressing room and doesn’t hesitate when tough decisions are required,” the report states. And when it comes to relationships with his players, another key factor is his familiarity with several stars in the squad. “He has a very good relationship with Kylian Mbappe and Aurelien Tchouameni, two players who will shape the club’s future,” Sport adds. Zidane could replace Deschamps with France While Didier Deschamps is being considered as an option for Real Madrid, his successor with France could be a legend of the Spanish side. Reports have long indicated that Zinedine Zidane is the man chosen by the French Football Federation to take over the national team after the 2026 World Cup. The choice comes as no surprise, given Zidane’s credentials. He was a superstar for France during his playing career, leading the team to victory at the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000. As a manager, he also excelled, winning 11 trophies, including three consecutive UEFA Champions League titles.

It's accepted that Perez has shared the news of Mbappe's departure with a few players within the dressing room. Both Tchouameni and Mbappe were portion of the France squad that come to the World Cup final in 2022. Tchouameni scored against English international within the quarter-final, whereas Mbappe was the tournament top scorer with eight goals. PSG are allegedly searching for a substitution for Kylian, Victor Osimhen is one of the names on their list, but there's moreover intrigued from English Premier League teams. Mbappe talked almost his future after PSG's French Super Cup win in January, expressing: "With the agreement I made with the president this summer, anything my choice we overseen to secure all the parties," and "And to protect the tranquility of the club for the challenges to come, which is the foremost important. "When will I choose? I don't know. In 2022, I held up since I didn't know until May. On the off chance that I know what I'm aiming to do, I'm not reaching to hang around. That does not make any sense. But like I said, the foremost important thing is to win trophies." Commenting on Mbappe's future, Arteta recently remarked: "When there's a player of that calibre we continuously need to be within the discussion," and "But as you said it looks in a diverse way. Why not? In case we want to be the most excellent we are getting to require the leading ability and the most excellent that's for sure." Jude Bellingham has become a global superstar. The young England International’s stock continues to rise after having a stunning impact since arriving at Spanish giants Real Madrid. During the World cup Qualifiers break, injuries can come off. The crash can remake the line of a season for clubs, and one squad that has cases to fear are Real Madrid because of Vinicius Junior. After stranding Brazil's 2- 1 defeat to Colombia with an injury, additional testing has refereed that the winger has a torn muscle in his thigh. This is an injury that could sideline him for over to three months but will clearly close his involvement for Los Blancos and Brazil for the remains of 2023. With quite the title race underway in La Liga between Girona, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, this is a seismic change to effects as now Madrid will have to manage without ViniJr. just as he was rounding into form for the squad. With six goals and three assists in simply 973 minutes this season, the Brazillian has been electric when on the playground and Los Blancos could be in complication without him for an long period of time. Who could be his replacement? While the only reply is no one, the attacking side has to indicate to someone, and that someone is 20- year-old Jude Bellingham. Nursing a shoulder injury, the Englishman is enjoying one of the sporty debut seasons in Real Madrid history with 13 goals and three assists in all tournaments, but awaiting him to observe this pace would overlook holding for Carlo Ancelotti's men. Bellingham's 13 goals possess come from an awaited goals total of only6.61 in all tournaments and while good strikers can constantly outperform their xG. Still, that is where concern starts to make for Madrid, If Bellingham does decelerate down. Rodrygo is also rounding into form but he is not as effective coming to Joselu as he's coming to Vini.Jr. leading the line. Space and shot selection keeps defenses honest for Rodrygo to do the changeable. Looking at ViniJr.'s shot chart, he takes advised shots in good positions rather of just peppering a keeper from outside the box. Joselu has been a fine finisher but being further of an in- the- box sportsman, he does not bring that position of trouble to keep a defense honest, meaning there will be less space for his teammates. In utmost matches, Real Madrid will still have enough quality to contend but to win the title, they'll have to knock off top six sides which is when they begin to run into issues. How numerous injuries are too numerous? While a squad of Real Madrid's quality are anticipated to contend at the loftiest position indeed with injuries, a look is demanded at their current injury list. Alongiside ViniJr., Thibaut Courtois, Eder Militao, Aurelien Tchouameni, Dani Ceballos, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Arda Guler and Eduardo Camavinga are all sidelined. utmost brigades would struggle with just a many of these guys sidelined but Real Madrid have been suitable to contend with them missing time. It does feel like ViniJr.'s injury is one too numerous for Los Blancos, but let's take a look at their stats with and without the Brazillian in the XI. Looking forward One positive is having formerly cruised through group stage play in Champions League, only La Liga play really matters to Real Madrid for now. Facing Cadiz, Granada, Real Betis, Villarreal and Alaves in their coming five matches, they're ones that Real Madrid should win but these are also clubs that have troubled Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, so they also can not be taken smoothly. The protective worries are where it can get tough as if Real Madrid concede an early thing, it'll be indeed more delicate to come back from it without the Brazilian. Nott facing a true title contender until February in the Madrid derby vs Atletico, if a significant injury was going to be to a member of the team, now is the stylish time for it to be, but the loss of ViniJr. alongside the successes that Ancelotti and Madrid have formerly taken could prove to be too important int he long run.
