Pervis Thrust | Planet FPL S. 6 Ep. 50 | Fantasy Premier League

Suj & James review the 9 games played so far in DGW36 that featured Brighton's outstanding 3-0 victory that all but ends Arsenal's hopes of the title and for FPL managers with Pervis Estupinan there was a dream haul. Similiar will be true for those who had Ilkay Gundogan return well in Manchester City's own 3-0 victory at Everton. And those who took the Callum Wilson gamble will also be delighted after the Newcastle forward scored two penalties in a 2-2 draw at Leeds. There's discussion on the players of interest from Gameweek 37's 4 doublers, Brighton, Chelsea, and Manchester's City and United and why there's still reason to have interest for many with just a single fixture. Plus, James has a cold and suffered another bad away day at Villa Park, the Roberto De Zerbi love-in continues and randomly there's a heated debate about the transfer value of an injured Ivan Toney... Super Sunday | Gunners' title hopes in tatters by brilliant Brighton | Keane: 'Arsenal looked physically and mentally shot'

Kelly Cates presents Super Sunday alongside Patrick Vieira, Roy Keane and Micah Richards who witnessed Arsenal lose 3-0 against Europe-chasing Brighton at the Emirates. The result effectively leaves Arsenal’s hopes of winning the Premier League title in tatters after Manchester City won at Goodison Park earlier in the day. Patrick Vieira said no one expected the Gunners to challenge for the title this season but they will learn a lot from this campaign. Keane felt the home side looked physically and mentally shot, whilst Richards believes they have fallen short due to the lack of their strength and depth in the squad compared to Manchester City. There is also reaction from both dressing rooms including Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard who admitted that the title feels gone. A deflated Mikel Arteta also gives his post-match thoughts and said that until it is mathematically out of their reach, they will continue to push Manchester City. Roberto De Zerbi also speaks pitch side and said he was so proud of his players to produce a performance like they did. Potter’s Chelsea crack against Brighton, Leeds Marsch on against Liverpool

Joe Devine, JJ Bull, Seb Stafford-Bloor and Jon Mackenzie are here to talk about some spooky football. Roberto De Zerbi gets his first win as Brighton manager against new Chelsea boss and old Brighton gaffer Graham Potter. Leeds have better underlying numbers than their overlying results currently show. Apart from their most recent overlying result, which was a win over Liverpool. We discuss Unai Emery’s appointment at Aston Villa. Is he a top, top manager, or just a top manager or just a… manager? English TV provision has really gotten on Joe’s nerves in a way that’s completely reasonable. Juventus are out of the Champions League and in some trouble, relative to their usually lofty station… Plus Lionel Messi is being linked with Inter Miami. He’s playing out of his skin for PSG right now so is a move to MLS too soon? The Tifo football podcast is presented by Joe Devine and produced by Steve Hankey. Hosted on Acast.
