Sick of teams from LA yet? I know we are. LAFC came to BC Place on Friday night and fairly easily picked apart an uninspiring and disappointing Kamaraless Vancouver Whitecaps. We do some picking ourselves, as we pick over the bones of the 2-0 loss, ponder where it all went wrong, how it can be improved, can we cope without Kei, where's the creativity, and where do some players fit into this team. Plus we sit down for a chat with Russell Teibert and talk with Jordan Harvey about his homecoming. We'll also look at the weekend's action amongst the MLS Western Conference teams and Flyscreen feature in this week's Wavelength section with a song about Panini stickers and Willie Johnston. Here's the full episode rundown of the main segments from the show:03.45: Whitecaps v LAFC match analysis28.40: Bob Bradley and Carl Robinson audio36.15: Techera's tackle and Felipe's flop42.15: Trying to solve some Whitecaps woes - home blanks, lack of creativity, fitting players in, rankings, polls, mailbag80.55: Russell Teibert interview and discussion86.23: Quick look ahead to Kansas City89.10: Quickfire MLS West Week in Review and CCL chat95.58: Jordan Harvey interview and discussion103.32: BC Soccerweb headlines114.06: Wavelength - Flyscreen - Your Phil Neal for my WIllie Johnston

It's Jordan Harvey night at BC Place on Friday! The former Whitecap returns to the place he has tattooed on himself but it will be many happy returns or a homecoming to forget? The Whitecaps are coming home themselves after a mixed couple of games on the road, hoping it won't be a case of Friday night frights under the Friday night lights. Joe, Gideon, and Nick are back with AFTN's latest preview podcast. They'll look at the threat posed by LAFC, what changes the Whitecaps might be looking to make, and how they see the game playing out. What will have the biggest impact - LA's potent attack or their goal shipping defence? And how might VAR screw the 'Caps over this week? Plus another "Do You Know Who I Am?" and our prediction game. The ups and downs of Vancouver Whitecaps' season have been on full display over the past two games. In true Forrest Gump style, you simply do not know what you're going to get from them, apart from perhaps not that much satisfaction in their performance. We look back at both matches, standout players, the Whitecaps tactics and hear from Vancouver head coach Carl Robinson and his Sporting KC counterpart Peter Vermes. We also turn our attention to the upcoming World Cup qualifiers with some international Whitecaps, as we talk Costa Rica with Kendall Waston, and New Zealand with Stefan Marinovic and Deklan Wynne.
