Hope fuels football fans. For Vancouver Whitecaps, the slow death march to their postseason hopes finally being extinguished came it's inevitable conclusion on Saturday. For the Canadian national team, hope is still there of beating the US to get to the final four of the Nations League and clinching a place in the Hex for World Cup qualifying.
