Alexi Lalas and David Mosse broke down all the quarterfinal action today starting with the blockbuster matchup of Spain and Germany. To put Spain ahead 1-0, Lamine Yamal recorded the assist to Dani Olmo and became the first teenager to record three assists in a single Euro tournament. Like many of the teams at Euro 2024, The Soccer Sharps have grown into the tournament. Round 1 was tough for the podcast, but Round 2 saw an improvement with the Official Plays. While the plays for the Round 2 show went 3-3, it was still a winning show due to vig, and an improvement from the Round 1 show.
