Man Utd v Ipswich | CotC with Gary Robinson & Paul Gaught-Allen | Planet FPL 2024/25

Ahead of today's GW27 Deadline James is joined on Clash of the Correspondents by Manchester United fan Gary Robinson and Ipswich Town fan Paul Gaught-Allen to discuss current matters at their clubs ahead of Wednesday's meeting at Old Trafford. Can Ipswich yet pull off an escape from the relegation zone? They find themselves five points adrift of Wolves and with no one else within sight. Ipswich's plight means Manchester United can feel safe. Yes, really it has looked that bad at times recently. Ruben Amorim still hasn't won more points than Erik Ten Hag in this campaign and there are several cost cutting measures taking place behind the scenes and PSR is likely to restrict them in the transfer market in the summer. So where do United go from here? Investing in someone like Ipswich's Liam Delap doesn't even seem like a realistic prospect currently. And should there be interest in these two clubs for Fantasy managers? Ipswich have Delap and some enablers that could prove useful, Whilst United head into this encounter and also face fellow strugglers Leicester in the Blank of Gameweek 29. But can they be trusted? Free Hit GW29 or GW34 Revisited | The People's Poll ep. 158 | Planet FPL 2024/25

Suj and James revisit a Podcast from 4 weeks ago deliberating which week would be best to Free Hit from the potential Blank Gameweeks of 29 and 34. There's discussion on considering the template, including the importance of Erling Haaland, and the fixtures before after GW29 when making a decision on whether to activate the Free Hit or run through the Gameweek, and that decision will need to be made without the picture for the Doubles of 33 and the Blanks of 34. There's a look at potential Free Hit Drafts for 29, 33 and 34 and James reiterates the script for the current projections and has warnings about how the weeks around the FA Cup Semi Finals may not be exactly what we think and how that can have big implications for Wildcarders looking to Bench Boost. And the consequence of the Newcastle v Crystal Palace arrangement for GW32 might not be as obvious for GW33 as it appears now. Finding Merino | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 36 | GW25 Review | Fantasy Premier League

On the Gameweek 25 Review Podcast Suj and James discuss all the key FPL relevant info from the weekend which featured disappointment for many owning Aston Villa assets as they were held by ten man Ipswich, Manchester City's demolition of Newcastle featured a hat-trick from Omar Marmoush and Arsenal found someone who could play up front in an unlikely source as sub Mikel Merino. There's also reaction to Tottenham's victory against Manchester United in the battle of the underachievers, there was another limp display from Chelsea at Brighton which included a stunning goal for the hosts by Kaoru Mitoma, and Wolves made Liverpool sweat at Anfield. Plus, there's discussion on solutions next for those on the Assistant Manager Chip and some of the consequences from the announcement of Newcastle and Crystal Palace being arranged for Gameweek 32, James contemplates switching Salah to Haaland in GW29, but will the Egyptian King still get the armband when the two clubs meet in GW26? Leicester v Arsenal | CotC with Sam Martin & Adam Pritchard | Planet FPL 2024/25

On Clash of the Correspondents James is joined by Leicester City fan Sam Martin and Arsenal fan Adam Pritchard to discuss the altest at their clubs - and they include some major concerns - ahead of Saturday's meeting at The King Power Stadium. It looks like it's down to a 4 team race to survive at the bottom of the table and hopes Leicester may have had of a resurgence after victory at Tottenham were dampen by a chastening 4-0 defeat at Everton. Do they have what it takes to survive? And can Arsenal chase down Liverpool's lead at the top? The task looks tougher now with Kai Havertz confirmed likely to miss the rest of the season and Arsenal's attack now looks stretched to the limit for availability. Plus there's FPL discussion with Arsenal's Ethna Nwaneri likely to catch attention at a bottom price of 4.5, could the Gunners defence suffer as a consequence of their injury problems and there is one Leicester asset likely to catch the attention of some Fantasy managers for Gameweek 26. Chips & The Assmen Vol. 2 | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 35 | Fantasy Premier League

On the second installment of Suj and James' Chip Strategy Podcasts there is analysis on how the outlook is projected to look moving forward for Blank and Double Gameweeeks following the weekend's FA Cup ties. With discussion on options and opportunities for usage of all the chips between now and the end of the season. The Pod begins with discussion on the FA Cup weekend with Tottenham and Ange Postecoglu now perhaps teetering on the brink after defeat at Aston Villa, but the big shock came at Home Park as Plymouth Argyle defeated a heavily rotated Liverpool - and by consequence the landscape for FPL managers has changed again. There's discussion on activating a Chip now, with Aston Villa and Liverpool about to Double, the importance of mainpulating Gameweeks 33 and 34 with many 33 doublers then likely to blank in 34 - but has it become easier to manage following Liverpool's elimination from the Cup!? Plus, the impact that the FA Cup and Europa League finals could still have, why GW36 could have doubles before GW37 blanks, but may also not have any doubles at all. There's a warning about Wildcarding following Blank Gameweek 29, the crazy potentail Assistant Manager big bonus opportunity available now, and consideration is given to preparing for the unexepected, particulary as the upcoming doubles in GW25 caught many by surprise. Wolves 2-0 Aston Villa | CotC with Bradley Parker & Lee Jackson | Planet FPL 2024/25

A very different Clash of the Correspondents this week, as rather than discussing an upcoming fixture James is joined by Wolves fan Bradley Parker and Aston Villa fan Lee Jackson to discuss their clubs following Wolves' 2-0 victory against Villa at Molineux at the weekend. It was a big win for Wolves, particularly following defeats earlier in the day for Ipswich and Leicester; but for Villa it was another disappointing result after a Champions League games which dents their hopes of trying to qualify again foe Europe's top competition. There's also Fantasy discussion with Wolves looking at a brilliant fixture swing in the near future en route to Blank Gameweek 29 and Villa could have a Double Gameweek in the forthcoming Gameweek 25. There's discussion on defensive assets and the likes of Matheus Cunha, Morean Rogers and Ollie Watkins. And there's also coverage of a busy transfer window for both clubs which included Villa making some high profile signings such as Marcus Rashford and Wolves strengthening their backline. Dango Unchained | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 33 | GW23 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Suj and James review a dramatic weekend in FPL as James played an accidental Free Hit, but at least went with Cody Gakpo who hauled ahead of Double Gameweek 24. A double that features a Merseyside Derby, so Everton assets appeal along with Reds players from across Stanley Park. But how good is this Liverpool double? They'll start against Bournemouth who are absolutely flying and walloped third placed Nottingham Forest 5-0; Justin Kluivert and Antoine Semenyo both scored again, but it was OOP Dango Ouattara who claimed the match ball this time. There's discussion on Arne Slot Assistant Manager versus Mo Salah Triple Captaincy, how Trent Alexander-Arnold purred against Ipswich on Saturday and what to do if managers feel like they've picked the wrong Liverpool assets. Plus, as usual all the games reviewed, including coverage of the tactics in Manchester City's victory against Chelsea, the Myles Lewis-Skelly red card controversy in Arsenal's victory at Wolves and what now for Ange Postecoglu, following another disaster for Tottenham, as they were beaten at home by struggling Leicester? On one of the happiest Clash of the Correspondents you are ever likely to here James is joined by Bournemouth fan Neil Grover and Nottingham Forest fan Mark Sutherns as their two clubs continue to upset the so-called established elite and march towards European qualification. For Forest could they genuinely go all the way and win the title? Would not qualifying for the Champions League now be a disappointment? And Bournemouth have put themselves right in contention with those chasing Champions League qualification following Saturday's stunning 4-1 victory at Newcastle. And both clubs have done so well by doing it with very different styles. Chips & The Assmen Vol. 1 | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 30 | Fantasy Premier League

It's Chip Strategy season! With the FA Cup 3rd round concluded for Premier League sides and with the draw for the 4th round now known Suj and James plot plans for using Chips in FPL for the rest of the season. And this year there's the added complication of the Assistant Manager Chip, so should it be used early on Arne Slot or do better opportunities await later in the season for other managers? There's also coverage of when might be best to use the Triple Captain Chip, which might be the biggest and best week for the Bench Boost, and with many of the Chips used best in a Double Gameweek does than mean the Free Hit should be used as a shield in a Blank Gameweek? Permutations and possibilities covered, including when FPL managers may want to use the second Wildcard and how it can set up for Chip usage. Suj and James review the 9 games played so far in Gameweek 19 as we approach the halfway point of the season and interesting both sit on 75 points despite Suj going against (The King) Mo Salah for captaincy. Suj got to see first hand at the London Stadium just how good Liverpool are, not long after James had seen just how far Tottenham are from the league leaders level as they drew with Wolves. But perhaps the most damning performance of the Gameweek was from Ruben Amorim's Manchester United last night! Breaking Wind | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 24 | GW15 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Suj and James review the weekend of Gameweek 15 that saw us a game down following the postponement of The Merseyside Derby and the Podcast includes details of when the game may be rearranged to. Unfortunately for those still on the Erling Haaland path, Mo Salah owners appear to have won again, with many moving the captaincy from Salah to Cole Palmer who returned with an 18 pointer in Chelsea's 4-3 victory at White Hart Lane which increased the pressure on Ange Postecoglu. Is James ready to call time on the Aussie's reign!? Plus, analysis of all the games, info on those walking the suspension tightrope, defenders are on agenda but there aren't many that convince, should Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa really be sold after returning well against Newcastle, Gameweek 16 should look good on paper and there are well wishes for Michail Antonio. It's Goin Down, I'm Yellin | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 23 | GW14 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Clayton joins James for a review of GW14 in a week where Arsenal won from corners and Tottenham lost from one, but that's not the only reason Tottenham lost, and James is in a mood this morning following the dismal showing at Bournemouth. He did at least have some reason to cheer via FPL means as Alexander Isak was held and returned well in Newcastle's thrilling draw against Liverpool, but Mo Salah dominated again with another monster haul. The Egyptian King is now up to a barely believable 151 FPL Points for the season. Clayton's gameweek meanwhile was somewhat saved by an Arsenal player and The Gunners ran out winners against a Manchester United team, who impressed with their structure, if not their threat. All the games from Wednesday to Thursday covered, including Chelsea's demolition of Southampton, Aston Villa and Manchester City getting back to winning ways; whilst there's debate on FPL transfers as James seeks a new defender, there's a solution offered for Bryan Mbeumo owners, if those who have prersisted with Erling Haaland have to call it quits and is there enough reason to take Salah on with the captaincy this week? ...Tottenham might have offered one... but not for the right reasons. Bournemouth v Tottenham | CotC with Neil Grover & Ricky Saunders | Planet FPL 2024/25

On Clash of the Correspondents James is joined by Bournemouth fan Neil Grover and Tottenham fan Ricky Saunders to discuss the latest at their clubs ahead of Thursday's GW14 meeting on the South Coast. Andoni Iraola's Cherries are impressing and fresh from an excellent victory at Wolves host a Tottenham side who continue to show inconsistencies and have a growing injury list. Antonie Semenyo returns from suspension and will interest FPL managers but does Saturday's penalty hat-trick hero Justin Kluivert offer an even cheaper route for Fantasy managers into The Cherries attack? There was another goal for Brennan Johnson at the weekend and his underlying data suggests there could be more to come, so why is he being overlooked by the majority of Fantasy managers and is he now the best asset from the league's top scorers. Plus, there's discussion on Evanilson and Dominic Solanke, who, sickness permitting, is set to face his old club, there's concern over the goalkeeping situations at both clubs and there's advice for those who want to buy or invest in the likes of Milos Kerkez and Pedro Porro Thursday on Clash of the Correspondents: Fulham v Arsenal with Lewis James and Adam Pritchard Tomorrow on Planet FPL: The Clayton & James Show Ep. 17 Today on Patreon: The Differential Show and The Team News Stream For the full Planet FPL schedule this week, including our offering on Patreon view this post: https://www.patreon.com/posts/117134006 Want to become a member of our FPL community and support the Podcast? Embassy Superkings | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 22 | GW13 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Suj and James review all the Gameweek 13 games as the pain continued for many who are still on Erling Haaland as the FPL midfield trio of Mohamed Salah, Bukayo Saka and Cole Palmer scored 45 points between them. Can Haaland owners really sell now? Or does it feel like they've got to? City were beaten again at Liverpool and comfortably so, whilst Arsenal and Chelsea both won comfortably, as did Ruben Amorim's Manchester United who go to The Emirates next. All the key FPL topics covered including whether it's time to dump Bryan Mbeumo, whether West Ham can be invested in, if Alexander Isak owners will move on to Nicolas Jackson, enablers in defence and midfield are covered and there's debate about captaincy for GW14 with Palmer likely to be favoured by many against a depleted Southampton, but could he be rested!? And Suj has gone early with two moves ahead of Gameweek 14, and it may be the same two template players that James targets, with one of them a certainty for purchase. Manchester United v Everton | CotC with Gary Robinson & Sean Norton | Planet FPL 2024/25

James is joined by Manchester United fan Gary Robinson and Everton fan Sean Norton to discuss the latest at their clubs ahead of Sunday's Gameweek 13 meeting at Old Trafford. There's Fantasy discussion on United assets with Bruno Fernandes proving popular in recent weeks but has the time passed to invest and should those who have invested in Fernandes and other United assets be looking to sell following this weekend? And Everton assets are for the bin with a horrendous fixture schedule on the horizon, or is there a case to hold on to some of their assets? Plus, there's discussion on the manager situations, with reaction to Ruben Amorim's opener at Ipswich and who might become a part of the new man's best eleven as we approach 2025; and with a takeover by the Friedkin Group imminent at Everton, Sean Dyche's days in charge could be running out.... Ask James | Friday November 22nd | Planet FPL 2024/25

On Ask James today, with the news of Tottenham missing both first choice centre backs there's a big warning for Fantasy managers who were looking to sell Erling Haaland, but with Mateo Kovacic also out for City, Tottenham are not without their own chances to hurt tomorrow and that may make selling or benching the likes of Brennan Johnson or Dominic Solanke awkward too. Plus, Trent Alexander-Arnold is out and James will be moving him on as part of a plan to get Alexander Isak, and going treble Arsenal defence is not something James is ruling out at this stage, particularly with one player's xMins on the rise following today's Team News. As usual, all the transfer and benching dilemmas covered and there's more chat on Ange Postecoglu and the long-term. December Rotation Concerns | The People's Poll ep. 155 | Planet FPL 2024/25

Suj joins James to discuss rotation concerns for the upcoming festive period with particular focus on spacing and rest days with context to try and ascertain where key players may well be rested in forthcoming weeks, There's analysis on what the outlook may look like in December for the likes of premium picks Mo Salah, Erling Haaland, Bukayo Saka and Cole Palmer and where James has questions over the likes of Alexander Isak and Ollie Watkins who could well offer differential captaincy potential for some attractive fixtures... but only if they play! Or is it actually, that the schedule looks kiner than it has in previous years and perhaps there's not too much for Fantasy managers to be concerned about...? Mo Domination | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 20 | GW11 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Suj and James discuss a miserable weekend, no, laugh at a miserable weekend of red arrows, failed Fantasy returns, and dismal home showing for the clubs they support! Yeah it's that kind of vibe. All the games reviewed as usual which included those disappointing days for West Ham and Tottenham and another disappointing day for vulnerable Manchester City, who were beaten by a Brighton side who now very much appeal for Fantasy managers and so to will Chelsea and Arsenal assets following their draw at Stamford Bridge. Both have very positive long-term fixtures. But the player the lads will probably want to but most is Alexander Isak, there's interest too in double ups on teams defensively, a Trent replacement may be needed, Mo Salah was on it again and provided another double point return ahead of facing the league's bottom side in Gameweek 12. The 7.5-9.0 Forwards | The People's Poll ep. 153 | Planet FPL 2024/25

Suj and James have a look at five FPL forwards that James has been repeatedly warning recently that FPL managers shouldn't cut themselves off of, because although there are several good options below 7.5 (and one very good one above 9.0!) these five players may well show greater consistency and have more explosiveness. The 5 players in question (WishJ) are Ollie Watkins, Alexander Isak, Dominic Solanke, Kai Havertz and Nicolas Jackson. There's analysis of their statistics so far this season and a look at the fixtures ahead, with consideration to who their threats from within, their capability to be Fantasy talisman and much more. The Dominator | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 19 | GW10 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Clayton joins James to discuss the weekend fixtures from Gameweek 10 with Mo Salah captainers doing well, but many other popular assets misfired, which included the majority of James' team, infact all of James' team misfired, but it was somewhat saved from being the Gameweek from hell by Dominic Solanke! And the Tottenham forward was also a surprise selection as part of Clayton's Wildcard which has performed well. On the Pod, discussion on all the games includes why James was confident Bournemouth could upset Manchester City, Newcastle's tactical structure that nullified Arsenal, Chelsea intrigued but failed to see off Ruud Van Nistelrooy's 'good lads' of Manchester United and fears for Gary O'Neil at Wolves only intensified after a 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace. And FOMO might have hit James for the first time this season... Chelsea v Newcastle | CotC with Gary Mantle & Simon Bibby | Planet FPL 2024/25

On Clash of the Correspondents James is joined by Chelsea fan Gary Mantle and Newcastle fan Simon Bibby ahead of Sunday's meeting between the clubs at Stamford Bridge and right from the get-go on this Podcast there's a strong feeling about a positive Fantasy weekend for Cole Palmer! That's in part because of Chelsea's bright start to the season which included a spirited performance despite defeat at Liverpool, but is also due to on-going concerns that not all is well with Newcastle... but why? All the key FPL assets covered and with both set for positive fixture swings in Gameweek 12 there's plenty to cover with thoughts on Chelsea's defensive assets, the prospects for Anthony Gordon and Alexander Isak going forward, there's advice for Noni Madueke owners and James is very keen on investing in Nicolas Jackson. Premium FPL Midfielders | The People's Poll ep. 152 | Planet FPL 2024/25

Suj and James have an open discussion about the 6 highest priced midfielders in FPL; Mo Salah, Cole Palmer, Bukayo Saka, Kevin De Bruyne and Phil Foden with the aim of ascertaining which of them is desired most in the immediate upcoming fixtures and then in the longer-term from the fixture swing in Gameweek 12. There's a look at the data so far this season, the fixtures, the explosive capabilities of the players and how many is the right number to have, the danger of having only one and cutting yourself off of others and how having as many as three can allow you flexibility to move budget around. But having only two, and certainly three, would make it very difficult to hold Erling Haaland moving forward. To Regulate Or Manipulate | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 17 | GW8 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Suj and James review all the key talking points from the Gameweek 8 weekend and for many it was an FPL weekend to forget with many popular assets blanking, but there were success stories to be found with the likes of Mo Salah, Heung-Min Son (perhaps controversially) and Ollie Watkins returning well. Son, was gambled on by a number of FPL managers just before deadline with concern surrounding Bukayo Saka, who wouldn't feature in The Gunners first defeat of the season at Bournemouth. Did those managers have inside information on Saka's absence!? James is holding on to a place just inside the top 10k, but his biggest joy of the weekend was seeing success for Tottenham in the Planet FPL Derby, which features heavily in a Gameweek Review that also covers how Chelsea impressed despite defeat at Liverpool. And it was a third blank in a row for Erling Haaland at Wolves, so surely he can't blank again with whipping boys Southampton up next. Or could he!? Deploying the triple captaincy is discussed and James has some new players on radar for transfers, which even includes one from Manchester United. The Next 4 | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 16 | GW8-11 Preview | Fantasy Premier League

Suj and James look ahead to the forthcoming four weeks before the final Interlull in 2024, a period where for many popular FPL assets the fixtures look rough, primarily because of fixtures against each other. For example Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool all play each other over the next four. There's discussion on flipping assets with bad fixtures, such as Bukayo Saka for someone with a great run like Phil Foden, how often would feel comfortable to play the likes of Morgan Rogers or Antoine Semenyo over this period. Fulham v Aston Villa | CotC with Lewis James & Lee Jackson | Planet FPL 2024/25

On Clash of the Correspondents James is joined by Fulham fan Lewis James and Aston Villa Lee Jackson to discuss the latest at their clubs and their interesting FPL assets ahead of the GW8 meeting at Craven Cottage. Fulham have started really well, beaten only twice in Manchester and they have a great group of upcoming fixtures, whilst Villa have also started well, though it perhaps should also be expected with who they've played so far and fixtures are now looking tougher and have we already seen signs of the Champions League proving a distraction? Both Antonee Robinson and Emile Smith-Rowe have been popular for FPL managers so far, should Fantasy managers stick with them or look elsewhere with Fulham having only kept one clean sheet and with Smith-Rowe benched at the weekend? James has a big Erling Haaland dilemma, and the only way to get him him would include selling Ollie Watkins; does Lee think he should do it? Plus, there's a follow up on conversation during the last International break on concerns over Villa defensively, Raul Jimenez has hit form making him worth considering, and is Morgan Rogers likely to stay the community's darling as enabling midfield choice, particularly when many at a similar price are outperforming him on some of the underlying numbers, and that includes several Fulham players! The pod welcomes AwayDays Youtube supremo Ellis Platten for the latest edition of Mesut Haaland Dicks, as he chooses his six personal fascinations and irritations of football. Walking On Hot Cole | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 14 | GW6 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Suj and James discuss the 9 games from the Premier League weekend and there was some wild swings for Fantasy managers, and particularly many on Wildcard which included Suj, and for many it ended in disappointment. There's discussion on thinking longer-term for Wildcard and that decisions aren't made based on just one Gameweek. But for James, who Wildcarded back in week 3, it was a stormer and Cole Palmer's monster 25 point haul helped him rise inside the nose bleed territory of the top 50k. But what should Palmer owners who have gone without do now? Does structure and upcoming fixtures necessitate continuing to go without? All the games covered as usual which include the North London clubs posting some silly underlying numbers, Liverpool's win that took them top, Villa being held by Ipswich and it's getting tiring talking about the shortcomings of Manchester United! I'm Alright Jack | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 13 | GW5 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Suj has seen enough and despite a strong start to his FPL season the Wildcard is now active! On the review of all the Gameweek 5 fixtures there is a theme of looking for players on Wildcard as James tries to lead Suj into what he would do if in the same position. And for James it was another positive week against his no Haaland and no Salah strategy, but an early move has been made for GW6 and it's unlikely to surprise. Arsenal assets with be in high demand; so is double defensive the way to go after another resolute showing in earning a point in a dramatic encounter at Manchester City? That game features in the tactical insight into the games where James even found himself impressed by Manchester United; as he was by an improved Tottenham but it was a bad day at the office for West Ham as they were beaten comfortably by Chelsea. Enabling options for selection also feature prominently and James has two midfielders on radar who didn't return at the weekend... Southampton v Ipswich | CotC with Matt Samuel & Paul Gaught-Allen | Planet FPL 2024/25

James is joined by Souuthampton fan Matt Samuel and Ipswich Town fan Paul Gaught-Allen ahead of the meeting between the two promoted clubs at St Mary's on Saturday. Both clubs remain winless, but the situation feels more troublesome at Southampton following their defeat at Manchester United and despite averaging a whopping 62% possession so far, they have only scored once. Ipswich have two points more following draws with Fulham and Brighton and now have an outstanding long-term fixture run on the horizon where they will hope to rise up the table. There's discussion on the 4.0 defensive assets including Taylor Harwoord-Bellis and Jacob Greaves, Ipswich's attacking talents for Fantasy and why despite their scoring assets James has two Southampton players high on his watchlist. Four Letter Words | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 12 | GW4 Review | Fantasy Premier League

On the Gameweek 5 Review Suj and James discuss all the games from the weekend and it was a particularly painful one for James following defeat in the North London Derby. Discussion on Arsenal's victory and how they overcame the absence of Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard. But it wasn't all bad news for James in FPL as Ollie Watkins matched another Erling Haaland haul and it was another successful weekend for Suj who included Gabriel in his starting eleven. Plus, for many Wildcarders there may be regret as Liverpool assets flopped in a surprise defeat to Nottingham Forest and a theme of this week's review is a hunt for decent forward options. Tweak Of The Thumb | Planet FPL S. 8 Ep. 10 | GW3 Review | Fantasy Premier League

Suj and James discuss the fallout from all the Gameweek 3 games as Erling Haaland made it back-to-back hat-tricks for another seventeen points and Mo Salah match that total as Liverpool cruised to victory at Old Trafford. It mean owning both with the captaincy on either returned 51 points, and despite James' Wildcarding he's still sitting there with neither. So how bad did it turn out!? All the games and key talking points discussed with a heavy focus on the FPL assets on mind both for the shorter term and thinking further ahead; plus James is pleased despite Tottenham's defeat at Newcastle, and for Manchester United there's a feeling that things won't change until there is change.
